TEAM CBT

TEAM CBT is an approach to improve a wide variety of issues including moods, habits and relationships. This approach draws heavily on various CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) concepts and methods in addition to incorporating ideas and techniques from many other schools. With TEAM CBT, the coach and the client work together in collaboration on an even playing field as equals. The organization and structure of the process helps create efficient, effective and transformative coaching sessions. The TEAM acronym stands for:

E: Empathy

A: Assessment of Resistance

M: Methods
